Yes the years do fly by, it seems right now that the older I get, the busier I am and the faster time flies. Blossoming Friends--you are right, that's what yellow roses signify.

Tell Mr. K that I said Thank You, I'm glad he liked my cityscape. They intimidate me to be honest but I keep plugging away at them.

Interesting news on your lead on your relative. I took a 6 week class on geneology at the local university and really enjoyed it. I spent who knows how many hours at the library looking at microfilm records (didn't have the internet then). Maybe you will get lucky and find the headstone. It's kind of like being a detective isn't it.

Another beautiful still life! Yellow roses are supposed to symbolize “friendship” so I would call this triptych “Blossoming Friends.”

My son will be 30 in February and it seems like yesterday he was my little baby too, Rhonda! The years fly by don’t they?
